Permits are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact your local town office prior to purchasing/ordering your
shed to determine town/county restrictions. |

If any of the Site Requirements are not met, your shed may not be built
and a fee will be charged for our crews to return and construct your
shed once conditions are met. If this occurs, delivery of your
shed materials must be accepted and placed on your property in a
location accessible to the final shed site to avoid a re-delivery fee.
It is the customer's responsibility to cover the material with a
non-transparent, waterproof material to prevent any unnecessary
weathering and/or discoloration. |

Site needs to
be level within 6" from corner to corner.
Site needs a least 3' clearance around the perimeter of shed site. |

A minimum fee may be assessed if there is no clear access to the site
from truck parking area or if the site is further than 150' from parking
area. |

All dimensions are approximate. Exact measurements for doors and
window placements will not be honored. |

If you are preparing your own foundation/footing, please contact us for
exact outside floor dimensions and suggested layout designs. |

All products are custom manufactured to the order received. Any
product in production or already produced will incur a 20% cancellation
fee if the customer cancels. |

Delivery times will fluctuate based on seasonal volume,, weather
conditions and other uncontrollable events. |

Delivery and installation dates may vary. |
